Web-forwarding Making A Frames Page? I’ve recently had a go at hosting my new business’ website from home on an apache webserver running on an old PC I had. The Linux/Apache side of things is taken care of and works well, but I’m struggling more with the way the page displays.
My URL points to my router’s WAN IP. I have forwarded a port on the router, pointed that to the Linux/Apache box, and in the root of the web directory is the good old index.html file – All good so far; index.html appears when you type my URL, or so it would appear. When you look at the page source however, it roughly displays:

    <br /> <body></p> <blockquote></blockquote> <p> <a href="http://***.***.***.***:80">Click here to go to </a><a href="http://***.***.***.***:80" rel="nofollow ugc">http://***.***.***.***:80</a><br /> </body><br />

    (IP details remove for safety)
I know a bit of html, and this is a frames page, is it not? My index.html is nothing like this whatsoever, and uses no frames.
It’s frustrating as the meta tags in my home page are invisible to google and the like.
    Am I missing something ovious?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Cheers!

Residential Property A Goof Investment? Hi guys, at the end of the year my business loan will be paid in full and seeing as I am still young I am thinking of going for another loan at the bank to invest that money in buying some property, upgrading it and letting it out and then after a few years selling it for a profit. Is this a good plan or should i rather invest in something else?
