Advice On Losing Weight !!? Please Help !
I really want to lose weight get skinny; Im 19 my height is 5’3 & I weigh 156 lbs Last time that i checked. I was skinny most of my life until I had children, when i had my first child i didn’t get big & i was also breast feeding
so i was slimming down. With my second child i didn’t breast feed but i did get really big, i have a lot of belly fat, my arms are big & i also have more tummy that butt. lol i’ve tried exercising but i always end up quitting cause i have no time & im really sleepy during the day. I read of fat flushing drinks. I don’t want a flat tummy i just want a smaller tummy that wont jiggle as much or look disgusting… can anyone help me what else can i do ? Please !

If you are drinking soda (or any high calorie drink) switch to water (or water flavored with 0-5 calore flavor packets). You don’t mention anything about your calorie intake. You may want to look at that. I had been skinny most of my life as well until I broke my ankle. I had never paid attention to what I ate before, that is why I mention it to you. When I did these things I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.
