How Do I Respond Back To A Customer On Facebook? The lady collected the game tried it before she brought it was working fine. Then I got this message from buyer.
Buyer- our game we brought the other day has stopped working cos we updatde the ds not realising that it will stuff it.
Seller- i responded with trying the sd or r4i card.
Buyer- hey our ds was still in warranty so we took it back for one that was in an earlier version so now just got cross our fingers that it works if it doesn’t i think we screwed i need to learn not to fiddle. Buyer- yay it worked. Buyer- Now it’s playing up and won’t work properly. Does this happen to all the games? Cos this has happened since we got it but we would go out and in and it would work now it doesn’t go away and we can’t play any of the games????(Sent a picture of sreen blury)If it continues are we able to swap for one that doesn’t do it?
Seller- It was working fine when you brought it. it’s been since you did the upgrade and there is nothing to say that this has effected the card or not is some way. So no I’m sorry. I have been more that happy in the past to swap for two other people out of the 50+ I have sold but this was because it didn’t work at all from the start. Not sure if there is anything else you can do. I would love to help you but then I’m out of pocket as well. Just can’t do it sorry.
Buyer- Um it was doing it before the upgrade which i did state??
The upgrade could not affect the actual game as it was in the ds the time of the upgrade?
So if the game is a dodge and we are unable to play which atm is the case do we just have to get over ait and chuck $45 down the drain??

Buyer- If u re read the msg i wrote with the picture i sent it states that its done it since i got it and the game works every now and than it didn’t work on the other ds because it was updated to a newer version. Buyer sends me another picture of the screen saying “Are u trying to say this isn’t faulty??”
I have not responded back as yet as I am not sure how to respond and need some help on what to say not sure of my rights as a seller. I’m very disappointed this has happened but its since she did the upgrade that it started to play up then turns around and reckons she said it was before the upgrade. All I know and going by is her first message and that it was working up until she did the upgrade what should I do, as it was not originally faultly to start with?? Before anyone makes the assumption…no they are not pirated.
