how do i know how many people subscribe to my rss feeds

I have a blog on wordpress, and would like to see how many people have subscribed to my rss feed. How can I do this?

    WordPress.com Stats doesn’t seem to support counting feed subscribers.

    If you’re running WordPress on your own host, there is a plugin called Feed Statistics.
