How do I get RSS feeds to go straight in to my myspace blog?

A reader asked..
I want it when my site sends out an rss feed it automatically is posted in my Myspace Blog, like how face book has it.

Also if anyone knows about the answer for the same question but for Yahoo Groups, that would be great.
