how can i create an rss based image player

A reader asked..
Hi, I’m designing a photography website for a friend and wanted to create a gallery player with her images. But to make it nice and simple, and i think this is possible, i want to player to find all the images straight of the rss from flickr for example. That way the site is hassle free, as it updates itself.

Does anyone know any players like this or how to edit one like, or how to create one from scratch?

Help would be welcomed.

    Google has something easy to implement ( google api’s) :

    You can find something similar on Yahoo but I haven’t use it.
