How To Negotiate With A Car Dealer As A 20 Year Old? Let’s be honest. Car dealers do not take 20 year olds seriously

I want this car, but they have the price too high at 20K
I’m printing all book values of this car, and it’s definitely not worth more than 16K, and because the car has modifications the value should go down because it’s more of a chance the engine will blow. I want to at least bring that price down to 15K. It’s been sitting in the lot for a month, and it really has no problems. A lot of sport guys have seen it but they haven’t gotten it because they have sport cars of their own.

A lot of them told me that car is in great condition but the market for sport cars is down because gas prices are up, thus many people want more economical cars and family cars

I’m going to check It out, but I do want to negotiate and bring that car down. There is no reason for me to finance 20K car if it’s been in the lot for a month already. Clearly, the dealership will try and sell this car the first guy who negotiates, correct?

    Thanks.
