What Are The Best Body-weight Exercises? I want to start building up my muscles. But I want to start with basic body-weight exercises then the more advanced ones before I start with weights.
I would greatly appreciate if you could list a good basic exercises and what muscle it strengthens/builds and some more advanced exercises and what they strengthen/build.

Is The Best Thing About Democratic Socialism, That Until It Fails And Brings Down The Entire Nation The? Citizens get a GREAT life, as do their kids, my examples are Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Germany, France….they live great lives, but we all know that “someday” it will stop……BUT Capitalism exploits the citizens, crushes their hopes and dreams while .001% who are born wealthy or are just so smart that they get 87% of all the wealth concentrated in one or two generations and then behave like ancient lords, while the society around them lives in fear of poverty and hopeless dreams of a “better” life……they never really see the benefits except on TV.
View Comment@Christopher Jordan…..could you please review my list of countries and expound upon your conclusion that it never works?..Thanks!…
I really don’t think Capitalism is the problem. Even the Socialist paradises you list employ Capitalism. I also don’t believe Socialism is the problem.
We built the world’s largest and financially speaking, healthiest middle class the world had ever seen beginning after WWII. That’s all over now. The day the middle class began to weaken was January 20, 1981. Over the course of the next eight years we went from a creditor nation to a debtor nation; moms left their children and went to work to make ends meet; powerful labor unions that always fought for working class and middle class wages were decimated; industry giants and large financial institutions became infinitely more powerful. The biggest blow to the middle class’s future financial health during this period came from changes to the tax code.
From WWII to 1982, the tax rate for the top tier was never below 70% and as high as 94%. Of course no one actually paid that much. There were deductions and here’s what’s interesting about those deductions: They were designed to get people to re-invest in America. During this period, the rich still got richer. Nobody cared that the wealthy were doing great because the middle class wasn’t debt-ridden in the process. The middle class was financially healthy and cheered the wealthy for their guts and ingenuity. Now, 30 years later, we see the effects of supply side economics and it isn’t pretty.
Change our tax code back to the way it was when it was working and I’ll put our country up against any of the ones you mentioned. Healthy competition is good, after all.

View CommentI have an exercise for you. This coming January, put your swim trunks in a bag and fly to Canada, then England, then Florida, then home and let me know if you can think of a better reason expats are moving to Florida.
