Accounting Problem. Help!? A business provides the following data for the year.
    Budgeted output = 10 units
    Actual output = 8 units
Budgeted fixed production costs = $1200
Budgeted variable production costs = $800
Budgeted fixed selling overhead = $600
What is the absorption cost per unit used for inventory valuation?
    Thanku! 🙂

Private Owned Barbershop Or Sports Clips? Im a 21 year old barber with a good following and have made a name for myself over the past year or so. ive been cutting for a little over 2 years. i went to cosmo school in NJ. i am currently working at a local barbershop, it is $15 a haircut…as pay…i get half of the haircut and whatever tips i make for each haircut, all under the table. i am not full time due to finishing up school because i go 4 nights a week. but just recently i have been offered a interview at sports clips…they are building 3 around my area throughout the local cities and the first one opening up in july. i have an interview wednesday and have heard that at sports clips you get an hourly wage and tips. also once you are full time you are eligible to be set up for 401k, medical benefits and after a year…1 weeks paid vacation. the barbershop i work at now is privately owned and can never afford to give me any of that, i get paid under the table also. one draw back from sports clips is that its a chain and im a real barber and i feel like sports clips is just like the “super cuts” of barbering, kind of dont like what it stands for but at the same time i need to make money to someday open my own barbershop. by working at sports clips because i am a actual real barber i feel i would stand out and get alot of business personally. stay where im working? take the sports clips job? advice please!
